HOW TO USE:
1.Print the desired speech sound sheet according to the child’s goal. (It’s all on one sheet…YAY!)
2.Use the speech mouth visuals and syllable webs containing early developing vowels as a quick warm-up before diving into your session! Have the student trace the line using their finger from one sound visual to the next as a tactile cue. The more senses we utilize for learning the better!
3.Now, it’s time to practice the sound in words! Go back and use the syllable web as a cue as needed. Get TONS of trials by checking the box below each image. You can easily obtain over 100 trials in two ways:
•Place a check mark in the box for every correct production. Quality over quantity ALWAYS! OR
•Encourage students to self monitor their own speech by placing a (-) or (+) in the box.
•THEN, go back over each word and color in the box for every correct production. Color in the picture. You just obtained well over 120 trials!
4.Cut the page in half. Proceed to cut each image out with scissors or a 1 ½ inch square hole puncher. I found mine on Amazon!
5.Practice the words again as you glue them onto each square on the “main craft page”. Color in the speech sound cue for added reinforcement.
6.Send home for carryover. The cues you need are already on the page! BONUS: Cut out and staple the syllable web or visual blend cues to the page for added visuals during home practice!

Pair with anything all year long! Can be used with/as a game companion, stickers, pom poms, mini objects, stamps, small toys, mini erasers, and books!

I was able to pair these pictures with the ultimate toolkit strips for comparing/contrasting & categories.
