Speech Egg Hunt - Halloween Edition

Halloween Themed Therapy

Grab some halloween eggs (I got mine at Target around halloween but can also be found on Amazon), colorful spooky creatures for inside the eggs, and print this game (provided in both color and black-and-white to color in your own colors) and you're set for a multi-goal activity!

HOW TO PLAY - EARLY INTERVENTION: I put 4 different colored spiders in the eggs leaving only 1-2 of a certain color in the batch - Your child must fill all 4 colored squares with at least 1 matching spider to win! (Odds of finding all 4 will take longer/more trials with less of one color included in the batch).

TARGETS:

- Target any goal with each trial (child has to practice their goal before pulling/finding a new egg)

-Work on sorting colors

-Option to hide the eggs around the room to incorporate a movement-based activity

-VOCAB BANK: spider, legs, ring, pumpkin, Halloween, egg, open, close, find, match, try again, put on, numbers, colors, etc.
