Speech Drama Unit

This 56 page unit plan + 19 page PowerPoint includes everything you need to teach your students about speech. This unit has students exploring speech through a variety of activities, assignments and presentations.
The skills and objectives that will be met through this unit include:
- Vocal technique
- Expression & vocal qualities
- Articulation
- Parts of the body associated with vocal technique

This is a unit I have experience teaching successfully at the middle or senior high school level. The activities and lessons are simple and easily understood. The unit covers basic speech terminology and practice. You don’t need to have a degree in Dramatic Education to teach this unit! You could print off this entire package and teach the first lesson today!
