Planning for a long-term sub can be intimidating, especially for special education. I've put together a collection of the tools and templates that helped me with my own long-term sub planning. I hope this resource gives you the tools you need to build great long-term substitute plans as well!
This bundle includes both Google Docs and Google Sheets versions of the resources, allowing you to edit and print paper copies. The Google Sheets version is a great way to digitally keep track of information and share with others.
