Spanish Novel Study: Magic Treehouse- Una tarde en el Amazonas

My students love the Magic Tree House series! This is a Spanish book packet for the Spanish translation of Una tarde en el Amazonas by Mary Pope Osborne. This is an ATOS 3.9 level, so it is perfect for lower 4th grade or higher 3rd grade bilingual students.

I created this packet for my advanced 3rd grade readers. We read the book together in a small group and then students would work on the packet together in pairs.

The packet is divided by chapters. Almost every chapter starts on a new page, to make it easy to copy and reuse. The packet contains multiple choice comprehension questions and written answer questions about each chapter. I tied in what we were studying so there are also some questions about adjectives, prefixes, compare/contrast, perspective and connecting to the text.
