Description

This fun Reader's Theater is based on the delightful story called Somebody Loves You, Mr. Hatch. Written by Eileen Spinelli, it tells about how a lonely man's life was changed by a valentine not meant for him.

There are roles for eight students. The word "ALL" is incorporated throughout the script so that students stay focused and not wait for "their" turn. It also gives them an opportunity to practice reading chorally.

The script is ten pages long and comes in a black-and-white version as well as a color-coded version.

Headbands/necklaces are included.

Reader's Theaters promote reading and speaking fluency. They also develop and enhance children's reading and word-recognition skills. Plus, they are fun!
