    Description

Six mazes for one step equations, two step equations, and multi step equations. There are 2 mazes for each concept for a total of 6 mazes.

**Multi Step Equations: Some problems have variables on both side**

Mazes are self-checking and a fun way to practice. These also work great to leave for substitutes. The front page of each maze sheet provides the students with a workspace to show work, and the maze is on the back.

These are printer friendly - black and white, no clipart, or borders. No prep - just print.

Answer keys included as well. Please view the preview file before purchasing to ensure this product will suit your students.

No prep!  Read to print or assign using TPT Digital and Google Classroom.

This is a TPT digital activity to be delivered via Google Classroom plus printable PDF. Updated to a TPT Digital Activity for Google Classroom and Distance Learning.  Receive both a printable PDF and TPT Digital Activity for Google Classroom when you purchase.

Apply properties of operations as strategies to add, subtract, factor, and expand linear expressions with rational coefficients.
Solve multi-step real-life and mathematical problems posed with positive and negative rational numbers in any form (whole numbers, fractions, and decimals), using tools strategically. Apply properties of operations to calculate with numbers in any form; convert between forms as appropriate; and assess the reasonableness of answers using mental computation and estimation strategies. For example: If a woman making $25 an hour gets a 10% raise, she will make an additional 1/10 of her salary an hour, or $2.50, for a new salary of $27.50. If you want to place a towel bar 9 3/4 inches long in the center of a door that is 27 1/2 inches wide, you will need to place the bar about 9 inches from each edge; this estimate can be used as a check on the exact computation.
Solve linear equations with rational number coefficients, including equations whose solutions require expanding expressions using the distributive property and collecting like terms.
