What educators are saying

This was perfect for my High School Business class. My students really enjoyed this and it made my life so much easier than coming up with something from scratch! Thank you!
Excellent resource. I knew I wanted to use career scenarios with my class and this resource saved me a lot of time. I will use the scenarios in station rotations and think/pair/share activities.

    WHO SHOULD USE THIS RESOURCE?

This resource is perfect for special education, school counselors, occupational vocational, business, school social workers, and career readiness classes.

Ideas for using these prompts include:

    •class discussions

•printing the journal pages and stapling them into booklet form (a cover page is included)

•Writing a prompt on the board and asking students to respond in their notebooks

•As bell-ringers or for early finishers

•Print and cut the prompt cards apart and place them in a jar. Pull a prompt as needed for writing time.

I suggest talking about these dilemmas together in class. We know that students learn from each other. Hearing ideas and reactions from peers enables them to see how others feel and exposes them to different perspectives.

*These scenarios and ideas come directly from working with teens in a career-based classroom. Most of these scenarios are taken from real-life situations encountered by real-life students.*

**You must have PowerPoint on your computer/device to edit these prompts.

These sets will be sent in zip files, so please make sure you can open a zip file before purchasing.
