Description

This file includes ALL of my anchor charts for fifth grade social studies in South Carolina using the South Carolina College and Career Ready standards. I have worked 6 years on getting all of these anchor charts just right. This document is EXACTLY what my fifth graders have in their notebooks for social studies notes throughout the year.

These charts are COLOR coded, EASY to understand, and DETAILED showing EACH step! These notes come directly from the Support Documents on the SCDOE website! Teachers, students, tutors, and parents will all find these helpful!

I refer to it all the time in helping me with lesson plans and helping me re-do the charts with students in class. Also, I post them to my students’ Google Classroom, put in a binder for students to recall later, make paper copies for students who were absent, and help students with accommodations with IEPs and 504s.
