You will teach them how to pay attention, be a good listener, focus and avoid distractions, and follow directions. Next, you will delve into the growth mindset. Students will learn that mistakes are a part of learning, about positive self-talk, the power of yet, and how to keep a growth, not fixed, mindset. Finally, you will teach students how to identify feelings, recognizing them in others, expressing their feelings appropriately, and self-regulation.
