Description

In this book, there are 6 reader's theaters. They were written for Halloween. The scripts always look MUCH better on paper than it does in the advert on this webpage. Each reader's theater is sold singly but you can get all six in this packet. Scripts are: Franken Cranky, The Gobble Gobble Ghost, The Halloween Heroes Present Halloween Safety Tips, Shhhh, The Corn Has Ears, The Witch's New Broom, and Which Witch is Which. The booklet gives you 6 for $8. When you buy them individually they cost $2 to $2.50. This means you get two free when you buy them here. Each of the reader's theaters was designed as a small group reader's theater because small groups mean there is more time spent reading and being on task and less time waiting for a part and being off task. Reader's theaters are a great way to motivate students to practice fluency which is something they need but do not always like to do. My scripts are in black and white except the occasional photo on the front page so they photo copy easily and save you ink. The problem with many other reader's theaters is that students spend a lot of time waiting for their part. My name is Melanie Whitesides but I my store name is Wonbyone and I hope that your students enjoy this script as much as mine did. There are other scripts that aren't included in this pack at my site. You may also want to get a head start looking at the ones I have lined up for Thanksgiving. Let me know how things go!
