Slope Intercept Form Activity - Stained Glass Slope Project - Coloring Activity

Students will show what they know about slope intercept form, linear equations, and x and y intercepts in this fun and creative stained glass slope project! Perfect to use as an activity or assessment while teaching slope. Great integration of math and art!

Students will use linear equations in slope intercept form to plot and graph a variety of lines.

Students will also work on finding the slope of a line, whether the slope is positive, negative, zero or undefined, and finding the x or y intercept.

Once the lines are graphed, students will be able to use color creatively to design their page of lines to look like a stained glass window.

Because students get to choose from a provided list of linear equations, all of the students finished projects will be unique!

This is a great way for your students to creatively show what they know about linear equations and slope!
