This sleep resource pack includes a social narrative story, 27 nighttime visuals, a tip sheet to follow, and reward chart to celebrate successes. Use these resources to support students who are having challenges with sleep, nighttime routine (and transitions), and staying in their bedroom during the night.

Use to support children in their nighttime routine, going to bed, staying in bed and transitions. See the preview for a closer look! The social narrative covers:
- Room is a safe place to sleep
- Body starts to feel tired at night
- Nighttime routine. Please note this is a blank page that you can customise to suit students' individual needs with any of the 27 visuals provided!
- Listening to a story

Please note the story is not fully editable. The text is editable and the 'nighttime routine page in the PowerPoint version' offers semi-customisation where you are able to select and use any of the relevant 27 visuals provided.

Reward charts can be a powerful tool to incentivise some children. Use to support them to achieve their sleep goals. This fun reward charts features:
- Space for child's name.
- Space for child's sleep goal.
- Monday to Sunday check list - use stickers or tick off each morning student achieves their goal.
- Space to write or draw child's rewards for being a sleep superstar (if they achieve their goal for the week).
