Description
This simple spelling activity was created because my kids needed a simple way to practice sounding out words. Word mats and cut/paste are terrific, but when they go to write they like to yell, "I don't know how to spell it!" I wanted them to do the same work, but to equate it with spelling. So - here is the result. A simple set of CVC spelling worksheets. 12 focus on individual vowel sounds, and 9 are for mixed practice.
