Simple Attendance Goals Sticker Chart

This is a publisher file so you can use it as a template. Change whatever you like.

Customize the clip art, customize the goal.

Simply a place to start with kids that need some extra encouragement to come to school each day.

You can use the child's name in the title.
Discuss with the student why they want to be at school and why attendance is important.
Mutually decide on a realistic goal for the student. (You can always have another goal after the first is met.)
Mutually decide on a way to recognize attendance goal being met.

Each day, the student can add a sticker to the chart.
If the student doesn't meet the goal--- just start over again. No need to make a big deal out of it. Just print out a new sheet.
If the student fails to meet the goal twice, lower the bar. Set the attendance goal at less days- but do this with the student.
