Description

This “Sight Word Spelling and Vocabulary Interactive book” teaches 39 Pre-Primer sight words. It is a motivating resource for students to spell sight words, match the picture to the word, write the word, and then label or say the word with speech or a communication device. Students match the train letters, in order, to each letter on the train track to spell the word. Then, the student chooses the correct picture (from a field of 3 pictures) and matches the picture to the word. The yellow highlighted written word is used for students to trace the sight word. The “say” picture allows staff to give the student the cue to label the word without using the verbal cue “say” which may get repeated by a student.

The pages can be assembled into a binder or with book rings to make three (10 page) workbooks and one (9 page) workbook.

Included in this set are :

-39 sight word pages

-7 pages of sight word train letters with correct picture

-3 pages of picture icons to be used as the pictures for the field of 3 pictures to choose from

-4 book cover pages

- 8 data sheets (2 types per book)
