    Description

Have you been playing with the idea of a senior project for high school students? Maybe you know the importance of a senior experience - the importance of college career readiness - but aren't sure where to begin, don't know what works, or don't have the time to create resources. Does that sound like you?

Yes!? This comprehensive senior project for high school juniors and seniors does the work for you! A senior experience that prepares students for life after high school is exciting, interesting, confidence-building, and essential for life beyond school.

The experience is entirely created and laid out for you, immediately ready for use. All you have to do is print or share the resources digitally.

"An excellent set of resources for teaching seniors either in person or in self-paced mode. This represents (and saves) countless hours of work and thought." - Andrea R. 12th grade

    WHAT TO EXPECT:

    1. Editable Google Slides Syllabus
    2. Personal Learning Plan: Your seniors (or juniors) start this senior experience by developing a senior year personal learning plan that is individualized to their postsecondary interests, needs, goals, and aspirations.
    3. Career Exploration PBL: Students then explore careers through project-based learning.
    4. 21st-Century Skills Portfolio: Throughout the senior experience, students develop 21st-century skills and showcase those experiences using the 21st C. skills portfolio included in this bundle. Skill-building activities are not included in the bundle.
    5. Community Action Project: Learners develop skills and pump up their resumes by planning and leading their own community action projects related to their career interests.
    6. Career Portfolio: Finally, students build a career portfolio that reflects a culmination of experiences and qualifications for their career of interest.
    7. BONUS: Develop and Start a Business - This is a fun add-on, not a requirement. Some of your kids may be pursuing entrepreneurship, and this is a good resource to support that aspiration.

The bundle as a whole includes all of the materials that you and your students need to confidently send students off into the world after graduation.
