Senior Brag Sheet For Counselor Letters of Recommendation

Want to have seniors provide you a detailed brag sheet to write a counselor letter of recommendation for colleges and/or scholarships? This 5 page form is for students to fill out and give back to their counselors that include detailed questions such as:

What are you interested in studying/majoring in? Be as specific as possible. If you are undecided, list your interests or potential areas of study.

What are your best qualities as a student? Give a specific example of how you exemplify one or more of these qualities?

Talk about your strengths in particular academic subjects and your approach to completing challenging classes. Please be specific and provide examples when possible.

At the bottom of the brag sheet, there is a disclaimer that students must sign and date attesting that all of the information they are providing their counselor recommender is accurate.
