Secret Santa Form Staff Fun Christmas Holiday Cheer December Morale

About This Resource:

• This Secret Santa questionnaire is the perfect way to spread holiday cheer amongst your coworkers.

How to Play:

• Simply print and copy the form, distribute to all staff who want to participate, and designate one person to collect the forms. Usually this person will fold the forms up and place them in a bucket so they can be drawn out.
• Then, let all participating staff randomly select a "Secret Santa" form, making sure they do not select their own.
• Set a timeline and amount for gifts and share it with all participating staff.
• Then each staff member will play "Secret Santa" and leave small treats and gifts for the person whose questionnaire they received. They will use the form for guidance in selecting gifts and treats to surprise their pal. This usually takes place over the course of a week.
• At the end of the week, usually a bigger gift is given and "Secret Santas" reveal who they are.
• This is just one example of how to play it. You can make your own rules and play however you want. :)
