Second Third Grade Combo - MyMath Year Long Curriculum Map

AKA Pacing Guide!

My district uses the McGraw-Hill MyMath math curriculum. I have multiple grade levels and focused on 2nd and 3rd grade for my Induction/BTSA program. I created this using my calendar for the 2022-2023 school year, if you would like an editable doc version, please just let me know and I would be happy to send it over.

There are a couple places where the topics just don't line up, such is life! I tried my best to make it a thoughtful progression of topics so the kids have a very strong foundation to build new skills upon. I gave some extra time to tricky subtraction (read: borrowing/regrouping) Although this schedule doesn't allow for struggling learners to have full mastery, it tries to fit in everything that is covered in the curriculum for both grade levels.
