With this rsource you will be able to teach your students how to set up and conduct an experiment using the scientific method.

⭐ First you will lead a whole group experiment, where everyone follows the same question and hypothesis. This gives you a chance to model good scientific thinking and quality questioning and how to work through each step. By leading this group activity you are giving students everything they will need to be successful when they work independently.

⭐ Then, students will work on an independent or partner experiment. You will release some of the responsibility to the students as they plan and conduct a similar tinfoil boat experiment to test a different variable.

This would be a great homeschool resource as it does not require a group to conduct the activities.
