    Description

    This collection of reading passage powerpoints are perfect for teachers who want to focus on science, while keeping it fun at the same time. Comprehension articles are highly interesting and have a range of questions that follow.

    Diagrams and other science graphics help explain what is being discussed.

    Science Reading Comprehension Outline:

    The bundle contains passages especially designed for 5th and 6th grade. There are pictures and graphs to help explain key areas and each lesson is CCSS aligned. Feel free to practice science reading with the knowledge that most of the work is done for you as there is very little prep required.

    Passages include a range of questions, including multiple choice, analyzing data and gap-filling. There is a mix of high-interest and curriculum-based science topics.

    These lessons can be used for whole class instruction, morning work, desk work, small groups, sub plans, homework or holiday work.

    PPT Version:

    This is the PPT version of the product. Although there are fillable boxes and can be assigned to students as homework, it is recommended you check out the Google Drive version for that purpose. Available in the following formats:
