Description
The materials in this packet were created for speech-language pathologists. They are designed to be utilized as an informal receptive and expressive language screening tool for school-age children in grades Kindergarten-5th grade. A general form is also included to document your observations of the student’s voice, fluency, pragmatics and articulation skills. This page is optional and includes the same information for each grade level.
I have included the language skills assessed by grade level in the preview. PLEASE review this chart to ensure this screening tool is appropriate for your caseload/area/region/state. If you have any questions please ask BEFORE purchasing, thanks!
Picture stimuli is included for some areas of the screening assessments. For all sections, a passing score is considered to be 80% or higher of the components included.

****Please note that these are informal measures meant to gather information in order to determine (using this tool as well as your clinical judgement) whether or not further formal evaluation of the child’s speech and language skills is needed. They were not created to be used as the sole determiner when making eligibility decisions.***
