Just print and teach with these printables all about the history of scarecrows.

"Scarecrows" is a 19 page resource that covers the history of scarecrows throughout the world, how they came to America, and how they are used today. There are 4 non-fiction passages with questions and 4 pages of flash cards to check comprehension. Answer keys for all are included.

Standards are for grades 3-6, but this resource would also work great with 7th or 8th grade.
