Saturnalia Powerpoint (Latin, all levels)

A powerpoint about Saturnalia that I use with my Latin students before our winter break. It explains some of the customs of the Roman holiday and shows connections to modern holiday season traditions. The presentation takes 10 to 15 minutes, depending on how much you talk during each slide. It's a good Friday or filler activity; I have my students make Saturnalia cards if I want the lesson to last an entire class period. I have used this powerpoint in all my Latin levels (I-V) and with 8th to 12th graders. The last slide has a Blooket link to play some games either with a class or individually with the Saturnalia info.
