Santa's Toy Workshop

This is a problem solving math activity.

Students can work in groups or individually to calculate the total cost of creating the selected toys.

They need to use the "toys and materials" grid to know what materials they need to make each toy. In the "market" grid students can see what is the cost of each material (there is an extra grid with decimals for older kids.) Then, they are given several "task cards" (there are 16 cards) where it's written the amount of toys that each elf has created.

Finally, students can use the "shopping list" to help them keep track of the total costs of all items. Print as many as you need.
