Create easy collages in the likeness of Salvador Dali, one of the greatest Surrealist artists, while celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month. Lesson enables students to experiment with free form shapes, colors, balance, special relations and perspective. The handouts will inspire students to create their own dreamlike landscape paintings with the familiar images from Salvador Dali’s famous art. This project can be used as a quick one day cut and paste project, on a single color background paper, or become a more involved landscape painting, depending on the age or grade level.
