Saltwater vs. Freshwater Lab exploration activity

In this lab activity, students will be exploring and discovering the difference between saltwater and freshwater. They act as "detectives" to try to determine which container contains the saltwater and which container contains the freshwater. The activity goes through the scientific process with students, while having them record data based on their discoveries. The activity was used for an after school program with Primary students (1st-3rd grades), therefore it can be used for 1st through the 3rd grades.
