Description
The use of art allows children and teens to explore their feelings, experiences and emotions in a safe way. A feeling of safety is an important part of emotional and mental wellbeing. When we think of "safe places" this can be a building, a room, a location, or even somewhere virtual. Through the use of art and creative expression this group asks participants to think deeper about what safety is, and where in our lives we can find it.
