Description

This Reader's Theater is based on the book about kindness written by Diane Kredensor called SUPERBUNS! Buns is such a kind bunny that she is called Superbuns. Her sister, Blossom, does not think that kindness is a super power! Blossom changes her mind at the end of the story!

There are roles for four students, but you may assign two students to a role, assign a line to each student in the class/group, etc. Feel free to change the script in any way that best fits the needs of your class.

Headbands/character labels are included if you'd like to perform Superbuns for another class, the principal, an assembly, the librarian, etc!

Reader's Theaters promote a love of reading! The students enjoy them so much that they will pick up the script from our reading center during free time and have a "play" themselves. (I leave all scripts out after we have read them.)

They also provide a fun way to improve reading and speaking fluency!
