Description

Welcome to Apish Paper's store!

Here is my set of STORYBOARDING TEMPLATES.

Here are some top-notch production storyboard templates. I should know-- I spent years using these for industry work and teaching!

This resource is great for video production, animation, or film-making classes for high school students, college students, and adult learners. I think 7th and 8th graders would benefit from learning to use these storyboard forms, too. These forms are great asset for teaching production methods and group film projects.

I've taught storyboarding and sequential art classes for many years and was fortunate enough to attend a couple of storyboarding workshops with animation director Don Bluth. Based on my production work, teaching experience, and education, I have crafted this packet of storyboarding materials to match industry standards and be understandable to both instructors and students.

These notes have been created in Microsoft Word and the templates in Adobe Illustrator or Adobe Photoshop. The templates have been converted to PDF files for ease of opening and printing.

Packet includes:

  • Brief Notes on Storyboard Use, Notations, and Abbreviations
  • Storyboard Terminology Hand-out
  • 4 x 3 Storyboard Template (8.5" x 11"): Vertical Format
