STOMP - Body Percussion Rhythm Unit for online or indoor - outdoor MUSIC Classes

Here's a Body Percussion Rhythm unit for your Music and Dance students. It includes fun percussion videos, warm-up percussion videos, stomp video examples, learning goals, lessons, rhythm composition worksheets (1) Beginner Grade 3-4 (2) Junior/Intermediate), a rubric example, Ontario music and dance expectations, etc... This unit can take several plus weeks to complete depending on how you'd like to use it. You can have students learn about body percussion, practice examples of body percussion as a class, review learning goals and success criteria together, create a Stomp performance in small groups, write the rhythms, rehearse their Stomp creation outdoors or inside, and finally perform.
