What educators are saying

We did the Valentine's mailboxes. The kids had fun designing during the challenge. The slides are great for guiding them and giving them instructions and ideas.
These STEM challenges are fun and really engage students. I can't wait to try them all with my class.

    Description

Engage your students in STEM activities all year long with this bundle of monthly STEM challenges! These STEM challenges are designed to bring engaging engineering activities into your classroom each month. With 40 unique and fun challenges, you students will follow the engineering design process when completing the authentic tasks.

This bundle of STEM challenges is aligned with the Next Generation Science Standards for Engineering and it will bring a high level of engagement to your classroom. Teachers will love these STEM activities because they are a huge time saver. Each month the STEM challenges are laid out in a familiar pattern, so it is easy for students and teachers to follow along. Plus, there is a teachers materials page so teachers know which materials they need to prepare in advance to help with prep!

Each monthly pack contains 4 STEM challenges, for a total of 40 CHALLENGES in the Bundle!

Use these STEM challenges each month! With the familiar layout each month, your students will familiarize themselves with the routine and engineering design process. Your students will become efficient at each part of the lesson and get to spend more time engaging deeply in the planning and testing of their STEM creations.

Included in each month’s STEM challenge…

STEM Lesson Plan Overview - a break down of how to plan a STEM Challenge from start to finish with suggested times

Stem Tips & Tricks - A break down of my best STEM Challenge suggestions for teachers to help them be successful implementing challenges in their classroom.

Projectable Challenge Slides - Each challenge comes with 3 slides that are designed to be projected on a Smart Board, Promethean Board, or using document cameras to guide the lesson. They can also be printed as a poster to display. This eliminates the need to print copies for every student.

Students Planning/Recording Pages - A space for students to plan their challenge before building it. Each one also includes an extension question or activity related to the challenge that students can do if they complete their challenge before time is up.

Teacher Challenge Materials & Prep - notes any additional materials teachers may want to bring in for the challenge and/or that need to be prepared prior to the challenge.

Material Request Letters - Monthly letters that can be sent home to families requesting help with any materials that will be needed for the month.

❤️ Bring STEM to life in your classroom with these STEM challenges and let your students immerse themselves in the engineering design process. Your students will beg you each month to complete all STEM activities.

    What are teachers saying…

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ “This is absolutely FANTASTIC!! I bought enough licenses for my whole team and we love using it with our Kinders. It's so fun to plan and organize with my team and hear about all the different results from each class. Thank you so much!” - Lindsey W.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ “My Kindergartners love doing these STEM challenges.  It gives them a lot to look forward to.  The challenges don't require too many resources and the resources they ask for are pretty easily attainable.  They are also appropriate for my Kindergartners in terms of their skill level.” - Jennifer L.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ “I love that there are several ideas for each month and that there are some non-holiday options too!  We have been doing our STEM challenges on Fun Friday.  My second graders are loving them!” - Aubrey M.
