The following 10 writing extensions will supplement and enhance ANY STEM challenge in Grades 2-4!
Each STEM writing extension contains instructions, a prewriting organizer or flipbook, publishing template, and illustration template for a cover (printed photographs can also be used). All prewriting organizers may also be utilized without publishing.
Pages 2-5: Step by Step (How To Expository Paragraph)
Pages 6-9: Imagine it! (Imaginative/Fiction Story)
Pages 10-13: Before and After (Making and Confirming Predictions)
Pages 14-17: Pages 15-18: Friendly Letter (Sharing personal connections/Narrative)
