SPOT your feelings check in poster and bookmarks

We use this as a daily feelings check in. I took the students photos and cut them into hearts. Students put their heart on how they are feeling that each morning.

I enjoy this resource. I had the chart printed in a big poster size and have my students leave a sticky note in the appropriate spot for their morning feelings. They got to a point where they wanted to change it throughout the day as their feelings moved.
