Example Summary of Results

Any items that are given a score of 2 for “always” or “very difficult” is concerning and should be documented. The checklists can be administered over time to monitor progress for MTSS or the IEP Team. They can be used as part of the assessment process. The higher the number, the more likely the student displays characteristics of an autism spectrum disorder. See the end of the packet for an example of how to write the summary of results.
