Be sure you have a Smartboard, or that you have downloaded one of my many freebies if you have a different type of interactive whiteboard that is able to convert Smartboard files. I always suggest people try a freebie if they have another brand of interactive board just to make sure you can successfully convert the file. I am not an expert in this area, so can only offer this suggestion for those without a Smartboard:)
