Description

Two fun sports-themed games for the SMARTboard to review culinary methods. 10 method definitions for each game include the following terms:

Game 1: Braise, Saute, Grill, Pan Fry, Broil, Steam, Cream, Temper, Blanch & Shock

Game 2: Bake Blind, Deep Fry, Deglaze, Knead, Mirepoix, Mise en Place, Pilaf, Sear, Simmer, Stir Fry

You can change the theme if you like to make the games different each time you play! 3 variations per game for a total of 6.

Students love to compete with these games, especially my athletes.
