Description
A responding assessment for Shrek the musical, on one of the only musicals you can get a recording that is 'movie style but also theatre style', it engages the modern teen and is great to use in class. I have used this as an assessment and I have also adapted it to use just as a learning activity and it has worked amazingly in both careers.
Each question makes it clear which of the dramatic elements it is exploring and there is a fun extension activity (word search) for early finishers.
A rubric is attached that aligns with the Australian curriculum (rubric may need some updating, I made it in my earlier days).
