Kids love when I use popular radio songs! I can rhyme almost anything and it'll be a good change of pace for your classroom!
Can't get your kids to remember rotations? Get them out of their seat and moving to the "Rotation Rap!" It includes the 4 benchmark turns: 90 degrees, 180, 270, and 360, plus the definition of "clockwise." After teaching this, I recommend assessing by calling out turns and having kids perform them "everyone turn 90 degrees counter-clockwise."
