Romero Britto Inspired Pop Art Painting Art Lesson

This Romero Britto inspired Pop Art painting lesson will keep your upper elementary and middle school students engaged and excited with the results. Students will learn some fun facts and be engaged in an art critique of artwork created by artist Romero Britto, while creating a painting with correct proportions, but abstract in the color palette and patterns added. The PowerPoint slides and/or PDF slides include art vocabulary, lesson objectives, standards, step-by-step directions, materials needed, art critique and information about Romero Britto, YouTube video art tutorial, rubric and reflection questions.
