Roll it! Read It! CVC Nonsense Words Fluency Practice

CVC Words Decoding and Fluency practice fun! Here are 7 fun activities to help students increase their speed in reading CVC nonsense words! In this activity, students will take turns rolling a die and reading the row of words that corresponds with the number they rolled.

You could print and laminate these printables or print them and put them in protective sleeves in a binder. They would make a great sight word or fluency literacy center! You could even use these as a practice during small differentiated reading groups, RTI, CAFE and more! Kids will love this fun game!

These activities are a great way for students to practice their letter sounds and decoding skills while increasing their speed and fluency of reading!
