    Description

These Roll and Read phonics games are the perfect way for your kindergarten and first grade students to practice decoding, word recognition, and reading fluency! This Bottomless BUNDLE includes all current AND future Roll and Read resources from me. Phonics games and sight word games make reading more engaging for even the most reluctant beginning readers!

    Skills Included in this Set:

    • Letter Naming Fluency - also used for Letter sounds (36 pages)
    • Nonsense Word Fluency - CVC Words (36 pages)
    • Short Vowels - CVC Words (36 pages)
    • Blends and Digraphs (54 pages)
    • Long Vowels (66 pages)
    • R-Controlled Vowels (24 pages)
    • Diphthongs (30 pages)
    • Sight Words (72 pages)

Planned Roll and Read additions include:

    • Fry Sight Words - in multiple sets (added 12-29-22) ✅
    • Fry Sight Word Phrases
    • Prefixes and Suffixes

Please note that there is not a current timeline in place for the addition of these sets. They will be added as time allows. They are guaranteed to be added, I just don't have a date pinpointed.

Each skill has 6 game board variations. This especially helps the teacher when using this in small groups. Each student should have their own version and will be reading the words in a different sequence. This reinforces individual accountability for reading and discourages students from echoing one another.

Differentiate the process by having students work with you, a student partner, or independently. This is also a great warm-up for oral reading fluency assessments!

    Perfect for:

    • Independent Work
    • Partner Work
    • Homework
    • Differentiation
    • Literacy Centers
    • Reading Groups
    • 1:1 with the Teacher
    • Intervention
    • RTI / MTSS

Want to make it more challenging? Add in a timer for faster-paced fluency practice!

Depending on the overarching skill, you will get between 24-72 pages of game boards in both color and blackline.

There's also a clickable Table of Contents within each foundational skill to make it easier for you to go directly to the specific skill you need.
