Support your health, physical education, sports medicine, or exercise physiology students' understanding of fitness testing by having them complete a Rockport Walk Test. This lab handout is editable or ready to print so students can bring it along and fill out their data.
REPEAT Use: I have had students complete this lab indoors and outdoors and asked them to reflect on what about the conditions (both environmental and personal) of that day/week may have impacted their performance.
