Are you looking for an engaging right triangle trig digital activity that is low-prep and easy to assign? Students love the puzzle aspect of an escape room! This is a fun way to review finding missing sides and angles of right triangles at the end of your trigonometry unit. Escape rooms give instant feedback because students must enter exact lock codes to progress from room to room. Hint cards are an option for those students who need a little extra support. Note that while this is intended to be a digital self-checking Google Forms resource, you can also print the escape room and use it as a non-digital activity as well!
Problem types include:
- Using the Pythagorean Theorem to find missing sides
- Using special right triangle ratios to find missing sides
- Using trig ratios and their inverses to find missing sides and angles
