Rhythm Tic-Tac-Toe is a simple rhythm reading game that is fun for students of all ages! Students simply read a rhythm in order to choose a box. If they read it correctly, they get to claim that box. If you print these, they can use pencil or markers. If you laminate for reuse, students can use chip pieces to mark their boxes.
Here you will find 6 levels:
Level 1- Just quarter notes & eighth notes
Level 2- Add quarter rests
Level 3- Add half notes
Level 4- Add sixteenth notes
Level 5- Add two sixteenth & eighth note combinations
Level 6- Add eighth note & two sixteenth note combinations
This is a fun way for students to practice rhythm reading. Can be used with partners, as a center, or even for assessment. Enjoy!
