Researching Online -3 Lesson Plans and a Quiz PLUS Extension worksheets

My school's language curriculum teaches only about encyclopedia research skills, and nothing about the more modern method of research on the internet. So, I took it upon myself to write a few lessons and a quiz to include this information in our language program in our fourth grade.

The first lesson focuses on when to use the internet instead of a book or encyclopedia.
The second lesson focuses on how to evaluate websites to determine if they are a reliable source.
The third lesson focuses on search terms and searching tips.

Each lesson includes information to be read as well as practice questions. The quiz covers information from all three lessons.

Edited 2014 to include additional worksheets for each of the three lessons, and changed to a Word Document for easier editing and greater accessibility.
