Description
In order to come up with a well stated hypothesis, the concept of objectivity is very crucial. Objectivity is a characteristic of scientific research, which dictates that the procedures and subject matter of investigations should be such that they could, in principle, be agreed upon by everyone. In child psychology, the emphasis on objectivity is important because child psychology as a discipline focuses on observable behaviors. It is evident that in child psychology we have two primary goals:-to describe children’s behavior at each point of their development and to find and identify the causes and processes that produce changes in behavior from one point to the next.
