These gradebooks are based on the overall expectations of the Ontario Social Science and Humanities Curriculum, rather than the traditional KICA system. These gradebooks will generate the necessary information and page for the accompanying Report Card Comment Generators, meaning that you will have an entire class of comments ready with a simple copy and paste!
Weights for strands, categories, and assignments are customizable. The Gradebook features automatic colour coding and generates reports for both the whole class and individual students. Please see the video preview for a detailed walkthrough!

Report Card Comment Generator
These report card comment generators are based on the overall expectations of the Ontario Social Science and Humanities Curriculum and requires you to provide:
- Student's first name (you may also enter the last name)
- The pronouns the student will use on the report card
- Options available for He/Him/His, She/Her/Hers, They/Them/Their, and Other
- The overall expectation the student had the highest level of achievement in and their mark
- The overall expectation the student had the lowest level of achievement in and their mark
- Whether you would like to generate a Midterm or a Final report card comment
The comments follow a strength, area to improve, and next step format. Automatically generating options available for students who have not submitted work or submitted very little work.
