Remembrance Day - Veterans Day Tableaux for Assembly Script

Looking for something more creative for your Veterans Day (USA) or Remembrance Day (CAN) Assembly? This tableaux series is just the thing! As a Drama Club teacher I created a series of 5 scenes where the students are frozen in dramatic poses (tableaux) on the theme of the purpose and meaning of Veterans Day/Remembrance Day and it was a very moving performance. The tableaux are very easy to rehearse, only require a minimal amount of props and black t-shirts for costumes. I have also included the music which I originally created with Apple's Garage Band, but I converted it into iTunes format. The entire performance is only 2-3 minutes long, but it is an extremely powerful production. I originally used 12 students, but you could have more. **This is a zip file and you need Adobe Acrobat Reader (for the pdf file) and itunes or Windows media player for the music. **If you own a PC computer and try to open the zip file and it says "The destination file could not be created", that means that you have to do the following: 1. Move the .zip file into one of your user profile sub-folders, like Downloads, Documents Pictures, etc. 2. Right-click on the .zip file and select “Extract All”. This allows you to decompress all of the files into a folder of your choice.
